Description

The DBE2 project, together with the Indonesia DBE 3 project, is part of a larger project called the Decentralization of Basic Education Program. The purpose of the project is to support the decentralization of Indonesia’s education system by building the capacity of teacher training programs, school-based management, and community participation in education.

From the capital of Jakarta, AED will collect data and models of best practice in education and use this information to design educational activities. This information will be provided to field offices tasked with implementing programs that encourage teacher and student learning.
